Liverpool Cruise Liner Facility   
Construction of a new 250 Metre  landing stage consisting of four cellular concrete pontoons to enable cruise liners to tie up alongside Liverpool City Centre

Liverpool Canal Link
Construction of new sections of the Leeds Liverpool Canal in front of the world famous Three Graces at the Pierhead in Liverpool City Centre. 
 
Liverpool Lime Street Gateway 
Construction of reinforced concrete Pedestrian Underpass , Liftshafts and Miscellaneous structures within the new entrance and egress from Lime Street Station in Liverpool City Centre.

Bluecoat Art Chamber  
Construction of a new 2250 m2 three storey in-situ concrete frame to the new arts wing
 
Chevasse Park And Concert Steps
The park is an elevated open space in The Liverpool One development with Concert steps being the development of a new arena with facilities for business and leisure

Oriel Road Station
New build extension of the existing station.
 
Pen Lan Road Bridge
Building of access bridge over the busy A55

Manchester Waste Projects
The construction of the reinforced concrete elements of new waste management facilities for Costains Ltd for Manchester City Council at the following sites: Cobden Street Salford, Arkwright Street Oldham, Raikes lane Bolton, Rose Hill and Arkwright Street manchester. 

Hotels - Hoole Hall  
Construction of new hotel extensions

Water Treatment Works - Craven Arms, Leigh, Widnes 
Various Projects for a number of the above clients the most recent being:  
New FBDA Tank at Widnes WWTW, 2no 42m diameter Storage Tanks at Leigh WWTW,  
New Aeration Tank, FST Tank and associated Structures at Craven Arms.

Supermarkets
Construction of news Sainsburys with adjoining car park facility. Various concrete structures to the new Asda Store and car park in Birkenhead, and foundation works to a new Waitrose in Jesmond, Newcastle.  

Car Parks - Runcorn Station
Construction of new car park adjacent to Runcorn Railway Station.
